Upgrading 1Password v5 Appstore version

Hi,

Recently (October) I paid $34.99 for an AppStore version of 1Password. I am now trying to get most recent version 5.0.2, but I can find no way to upgrade to this new version without paying the new price of $49.99. I am not able to locate the license number either. AgileBit's database does not recognize the email that I used to purchase it with.

Any suggestions?

    If you just recently purchased 1Password, you likely purchased version 5. If you look in the 1Password > About 1Password menu, what version information do you see there?

    AgileBit's database does not recognize the email that I used to purchase it with.

    If you purchased from the Mac App Store, your license information is tied directly to the AppleID that you used to purchase 1Password. Because the App Store doesn't grant us access to their purchase records, you won't find any details in our customer centre.
