I purchased a license for password 4 on Oct 16, 2013. Since that time I have changed my email address.

Now the program is asking for my license. What is going on? This is ridiculous.

My question is: How do I contact you to change my email address so now I can get my license sent to me.

    Do please take a look at the detailed sticky right at the top of the forum. It's probably going to help you.

    Edit: I'm unclear whether you have already done that, which is why I suggested it. On the question of amending your email address you may need to wait for someone from AgileBits to come along. I'm assuming you purchased direct from AgileBits and not from the Mac App Store.

    I have been a customer of yours for years. I have purchased your license. However, I have been getting a message that my Trial Period is over and I need to purchase a license. Can you help?

    I've checked our records for your email address and all I can find is a 1Password 3 licence. Unfortunately 1Password 4/5 is paid upgrade from 1Password 3. I see three possibilities:

    1. If you upgraded to 1Password 4 with us you must have used a different email address to do so.
    2. You purchased 1Password from Apple's Mac App Store but have also installed the Web Store version available from our site.
    3. You haven't upgraded prior to now and you were unknowingly using 1Password 4 in it's trial mode.

    If you know for certain you've purchased a 1Password 4/5 licence from us you can submit the email address to https://agilebits.com/licenses/resend and have a link to your licence file resent.

    If you purchased 1Password from Apple's MAS it would be in the Purchases tab in the App Store application on your Mac. At this point we'll need to work with you to ensure your vault is kept.

    If you haven't upgraded before now and only have a 1Password 3 licence key then you can use the key to obtain an discounted upgrade price from us. You would select the Upgrade licence option in our store (https://agilebits.com/store) and then paste in the key. If you don't have your key you can get it the same way as you would your licence file (see above). If iCloud Sync support in 1Password 5 is important to you then you would need to purchase it from Apple's MAS. Sadly we can't offer an upgrade price as it isn't a facility Apple offer.
