1Password freezes after I sign in with password
Sometimes, not always, 1Password will freeze my iPhone 5s when I type in my password. (This is after I've restarted my iPhone, had to sign in to my Phone with my password, not use Touch ID. Because of the restart, I will have to use the password, not Touch ID, in order to get into 1Password. It will show the main screen for 1Password, but grayed out. The iPhone is unusable until I do a soft restart. This has happened quite a few times. I'm on the latest iOS version and latest 1Password version. Bug?

I couldn't find any way from the latest version of 1Password on my iPhone or Mac to reach Help at Agilebits other than this forum.

Hi @Dennis Fahringer,
Thanks for taking the time to write to us :+1:
Is 1Password frozen permanently or just for a few seconds? If you quit 1Password and re-launch it can you unlock it with your Master Password? How about when you cancel Touch ID, can you unlock it with your Master Password?
Can you please send us the steps to reproduce? So far, I couldn't reproduce the freeze you mentioned after restarting my iPhone and unlocking with the Master Password.
Cheers!

Sorry, I just saw your reply. I'm currently running iOS 8.1.2 on my iPhone and the problem with 1Password continues. (As far as i know I'm running the latest version of 1Password on my iPhone.) When this problem happens and the screen goes gray over top of the normal 1Password screen, I must restart my iPhone. I'm unable to do anything with the Home button. (This in reply to your asking if I can quit 1Password and re-launch it. No, I can't. It totally freezes my iPhone.)
I'll try to take note the next time this happens (which isn't always) to tell you the steps before 1Password freezes my iPhone. I was able to take a screenshot of the frozen screen in 1Password, when it went gray, BTW, before I had to restart my iPhone.)

Do please keep us informed. We'll see what others think but if it continues I'd be tempted to suggest backing up your vault (assuming it isn't synced elsewhere already) and see if it continues with a fresh copy of 1Password. I know when 1Password 5 for iOS first came out we did have a couple of users that found their iPhone wasn't quite right and they had to go as far as a fresh install of iOS 8 and that sorted problems in a range of apps including 1Password 5. I don't know if you've had troubles in any other app or not. What I can say is we've not heard of wide-scale freezing issues suggesting a fundamental flaw in 1Password 5 for iOS.
