Attachments not showing up

Hello,

In 1Password on iOS, items in the "Passwords" category don't show their attachments. I reported that on Twitter in October. Is there any news about this?

In other categories, I can see the attachment field but when I want to view it I often just get "Loading…".

    Hi,
    I have kind a same issue. I had text files as attachments for a secured note on my pc (windows) 1password, when I synced from pc to iphone the note shows but the attachments are not showing.

    I have tried attachments for Logins as aswell, it shows on the pc but when synced to iphone it doesn't show on iphone.

    We did recently fix several attachment related bugs in the upcoming updates for 1Password 5 for iOS and Mac. So please stay tuned :smile:

    Can you please tell which versions of 1Password are you using, on which platforms and which sync methods are you using? This will help us dig further and determine whether or not we fix the problem you guys are experiencing.

    Iphone 5s, ios8 8.1.1
    Sync via wifi
    Attachment fields are not showing and when added attachments to secured notes and others it shows on my windows but not on ios device.
    I was excited to purchase for this feature. Please provide a fix.

    @thibaut, thanks for the information. I think the upcoming updates for 1Password 5 for Mac and iOS will help with the attachment problems you're running into, but hopefully @Rad can let us know for sure.

    @naar, unfortunately 1Password for Windows doesn't currently support syncing attachments via Wi-Fi. This is something our developers hope to add support for in the future, although I don't know exactly when that will happen. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience!

    For now, to sync your attachments from Windows to iOS, you'll need to use Dropbox sync. We have steps to set that up at these links:

    We are pretty confident the we fixed the attachment issue when using both Wi-Fi and iCloud sync between 1Password for iOS and 1Password for Mac.

    Please stay tuned for the upcoming updates of 1Password for iOS and Mac. Please note that both 1Password for iOS and 1Password for Mac need to be updated to the latest release.

    Thank you for your replies.
    I hope to see this option on as I have purchased the app especially for this reason. I don't feel comfortable using any of the cloud sync, I prefer the wifi sync only and I am using Windows OS.
