Lost license key

Hello,
I have searched dozens of sites of the agile bits site to find a real "support contact" to send them an email, because i have lost my key. I have a some licenses from the beginning and upgraded to 4, if i remember right (I had a hd crah and could not recover all of my files).
There is only that page from agile bits which sends you the key to your actual email address. But i don't have this email address anymore so i m only getting my Knox license, which i had registered with the actual email address.
I did not get any answer from Dave Teare, the only email i have. I have recommended. After some years with 1 Password to many people and said them you can trust in agile bits. No i can't trust because i have some hundreds of passwords stored in 1Password and I can't access/change all of them. And i can't upgrade. Hence I m really frustrated!

1Password is imho an essential tool for any user, and there must be contact address for such issues which can't be solved with a simple support page sending a key automatically.

    Send email to support+licenses@ agilebits .com with as much detail as you have about your original purchase. Be sure to include that original email address you were using when you made your purchase. Be patient for an answer. They are swamped with support requests right now, which is why they are emphasizing the use of the forums for support. One answer can help many users.

    Don't keep resending your message. For some reason, their email system moves you to the end of the queue every time you do that.

    To add to what the others have already said, when you send in that email or if you already sent it in please post the support reference number. It should come to you in the form of an automated reply. This will help the admins here connect the dots and get the ball rolling.

    If you have not submitted the request yet, include the old email address or even addresses you may have used to purchase your license. Include your new one and also a copy of the old purchase receipt if you have one. What the staff are looking for is some tangible way to say yep thats your file / key etc etc. I don't know their specific requests as I am not staff.

    As stated by others already, please email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com with as much information as you can supply. We're looking for

    • Your full name as you would have used at the time of purchasing
    • Old and new email addresses
    • Physical address used at the time of purchasing.

    If we can find multiple records for you that match up (you mention still being able to retrieve Knox) we will merge them and that one action would allow you to download all of your licences at any point in the future.

    If you were to post the ticket ID here when you've done that it will help the forum staff know to go look, that way we can ensure you're dealt with promptly.
