iCloud Sync not working between all four iOS devices

Hi @jib,
I'm sorry you're having some trouble with iCloud sync! To make sure I understand, it sounds like iCloud sync works between one iPhone and one iPad, but not with the other iPhone and iPad?
If so, can you please let me know which versions of iOS and 1Password are on each device? For the iOS version, open the Settings app and go to General > About, then look for Version. To find the version of 1Password, open 1Password on each device and go to the Settings screen, and the exact version will be directly underneath the "Recommend 1Password" option.
Thanks!

I seem to have the same problem. Ipad 1 and IPhone sync ok using iCloud but I can't get iPad 2 to sync. Ipad 1 is v 8.0.2 and IPhone is v8.1.1 whereas IPad 2 is iOS v7.1.2
Ipad1 and iPhone are 1P v5.1.2. Can't tell you the 1P version for ipad2 as I am stuck in the middle of the install trying to sync with existing vault but I chose the old version It gives the error message 'no 1Password data found on iCloud' but I can see the vault through the mange iCloud option in settings.
Are vaults compatible between version? Do I need to upgrade ipad2 to iOS v8 and 1P v5.1.2?
I also have a second problem. None of my iOS devices will sync over wifi with my W7 laptop. They did in the past. I have synced 20 passwords to the laptop but can't sync with any iOS now which now have 26. The sync initiates with 'sync started' and then times out after about a minutes with the detail message of
Error Domain=NSPOSIXEroorDomain code=60.
So I can't sync the iPad 2 by iCloud or Wifi.
Help appreciated.

What is the problem with wifi sync?

Hi @The_Hen,
The error you're getting when trying Wi-Fi sync might be due to firewall software, or possibly other antivirus or security software. You can try disabling the firewall to see if that allows Wi-Fi sync to work. You also might want to simply reboot the PC and iOS devices and try again. Does that make any difference?
Also, switching back & forth between iCloud and Wi-Fi sync settings in 1Password for iOS can take some extra work. Have you considered using Dropbox sync? That would allow your PC and all iOS devices to sync automatically with each other, so you wouldn't need to keep switching the sync method. If you would like some help to switch to Dropbox sync, just let us know.
