I am considering installing an AV package known as AVAST. Does anyone have experience with this software and Is it compatible with 1Password.

    Hi @Rondel‌

    I don't use it myself but there's no reason to believe it shouldn't be compatible. Software firewalls (part of many AV packages these days) can stop 1Password mini from working with the extension but as long as exceptions can be entered e.g. ignore 127.0.01 or allow 1Password mini then it should be possible to configure it to play well with 1Password.

    We'll see if anybody else has any first hand experience with AVAST on the Mac.
