More Pro Features

My wife and I both have 1Password 5.1.2 on our iPhone 5S's running 8.1.2. (We've had 1Password Pro on our iPhones since we got out first iPhone 3GS's.) When I updated our phones to iOS 8, my wife's update (through iTunes) hiccuped and I had to restore her phone and everything seemed OK. It wasn't until around a month later that I noticed that she no longer had the Pro Features in 1Password. I followed your instructions in the previous Pro Features post -- Open 1Password 5 and go to Settings > Pro Features, and Tap Restore Purchase -- but I'm never asked to Confirm that I'd like to restore, and nothing happens. When I go in and out of Settings, the Restore Purchase link becomes active again. I've reset the phone and tried again with the same results. Any suggestions on restoring the Pro Features would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty re-enabling the Pro features on iOS. Could you please tell me a little more about your setup? For example, it would be helpful to know:

• Do you use Family Sharing?
• Is your wife logged into the same Apple ID that was originally used to purchase the Pro features?
• Have you ever received a refund from Apple for any 1Password purchases?

Is your wife logged into the same Apple ID that was originally used to purchase the Pro features? - We purchased our first 1Password Pro on our iPhone 3 GS's. I don't believe that 1Password was available through the App Store back then. We may have purchased upgrades through the App Store. Anyway, I tried to Restore Purchase using each of the Apple ID's that may have been used, and one of them gave me the message to log in with the Apple ID that was originally used, the other gave me no error message.

Have you ever received a refund from Apple for any 1Password purchases? - NO

Okay. That would've been 1Password 3 for iOS ("1Password Pro"):

As you can see from above, that version of the product has been discontinued. The "Pro" features in 1Password 5 for iOS are a separate purchase. They are not included with a purchase of 1Password 3 for iOS.
