Cannot find app on iPhone, Open button is grayed out

My Open button is grayed out when I got to my purchased apps and I can't open the app. The icon is not even showing up on my phone at all? Is there something I need to do?

I moved your message to this new discussion since I think it might be a different issue.
Do you have any restrictions (i.e. parental controls) set up on your iPhone? Because it has a browser in it, 1Password is rated at 17+. So a problem like this might happen if your iPhone is set to restrict apps with that rating. You can check that in the Settings app on your iPhone by going to Settings > General > Restrictions. You'll need to make sure the Apps setting allows 17+ apps.
Even if you don't have restrictions enabled, try going to Settings > General > Restrictions and Enable Restrictions (you'll need to enter and verify a PIN code). Then scroll down to find Apps, select it, and make sure to select All Apps. Then you should be able to disable restrictions again. If you still don't see the 1Password app on your device, go back into the App Store and find 1Password in your list of purchased apps. Is the Open button still grayed out?
