Lock icon rotation with TouchID

I searched and didn't see this posted. Is the lock icon on the iPhone supposed to "spin" to unlock using TouchID Iike it does when entering the master password?

    Hi @edwilk55, welcome to the forums!

    No, the lock icon is not supposed to spin when using Touch ID to unlock the app. So, assuming it's not spinning for you, it's working correctly. ;)

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    And bummer. Was definitely hoping it was a bug. I really like when the lock looks like it actually unlocks.

    Any reason why it can't be made to do so or would that fall under an enhancement request?

    I can certainly submit a feature request for that (although I can't make any promises, of course). I'm not aware of any reason why it wouldn't be possible. Thanks for your feedback about that! :)
