Identity and Credit Card items not filling

1PW won't fill in Identity and cc fields anymore (name only ... sometimes). The extension is enabled and it fills in logins ok. I tried creating a new identity and cc but no luck.

Are you finding this is tied to a particular site or all? Can you supply a few example URLs of sites we might be able to test this on to see if we can discover any particular issue. Cheers!

I’m running a Mac with OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 (that’s weird … I downloaded Mavericks and then got a update notice which I did and BOOM it’s back to Yosemite … huh) anyway 1PW is not filling the “Identity” or “CC” fields on anything. I tried deleting and creating new ones as was suggested but no luck. Please help I like that feature.

If you're unhappy to supply example URLs where this is happening can you try the following for me please.
- Create a test identity and populate it with fake data.
- Visit https://www.royalmail.com/user/register/personal
- Fill in the form with your test identity and let us know what fields do and do not fill. A couple of screenshots if you find that easier. As the information in your test identity is fake you won't be revealing anything by doing so.
The site was plucked out of my head as somewhere we could both go to test much of the information that would be present in an identity. If you prefer another site let us know so we can also test it.
