1Password as a gift

So I'm thinking about giving 1Password as a gift for Christmas which I've read is possible. Now in order for this to be a surprise for Christmas Eve, as it'll show up in their inbox, I would have to wait until Christmas Eve to do this. If I were to submit the order on Christmas Eve, will they receive the email pretty quickly or is there a delay being a holiday?

The ordering process is entirely automated. There is no human interaction necessary. So there shouldn't be any slow-downs due to holidays. :)
