Masterpassword not working

I have been using this app for about a month now and love it. Today when I went to open it after turning my phone off then back on it asked me for my masterpassword. I typed it in and it says its incorrect. I know for a fact my password is correct for I have no changed it on a single device and have sent myself the password and well as written it in a different location. How do I fix this without losing all my passwords.
