Sync with Dropbox doesn't work

Hello. Today I've activated pro version on 1password for iOS and when I try to sync with Dropbox I face an error
It is related to .agilekeychain didn't found in Dropbox. Could you please help me?

I'm sorry you're having trouble setting up Dropbox sync! Can you please let me know the exact steps you're taking to sync with Dropbox? For example, are you going to Settings > Sync > Start Syncing? Or are you going to Settings > Vaults > Add Vault?

Also, were you previously able to sync 1Password with Dropbox? Do you sync 1Password with Dropbox on any other computers or devices? Any details you can give us about your setup may be helpful. Thanks!

Hi! Thank you for you messagge.
This is the first time I'm trying to sync Dropbox with 1password. The vault I'm actually using is in sync with iCloud.
The error I'm facing appear after I try to setup a new vault: settings > Vault > new vault, then I select Dropbox. At that point I login on Dropbox and give permission to 1password and all seems fine since I can see my account that can be selected in 1password. When I select the Dropbox account to use it appears a popup message. See the screen I've posted.

Thanks for the additional information! The Add Vault option (in Settings > Vaults) allows you to start syncing with an existing vault in Dropbox. Unfortunately it is not currently possible to create an all-new secondary vault in 1Password for iOS. This is a feature our developers are hoping to add in the future, although I don't have a timeframe for when that will happen. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

For now, if you use 1Password for Mac or Windows, you can create a secondary vault on the computer and set it to sync with Dropbox. Then use the Add Vault option in 1Password for iOS and choose the new vault from your Dropbox account.
