Which URL are you using for Citi credit cards? They have at least 5 that I am aware of:
- https://www.citi.com/credit-cards/creditcards/CitiHome.do
- https://creditcards.citi.com
- https://citiwallet.citibankonline.com
I have added all of those URLs to my Citi card item since I never know which page I'll end up on. It seems like they redirect stuff all the time. It is indeed a bit of a pain.
I'd suggest starting with the first URL I listed: https://www.accountonline.com/cards/svc/LoginGet.do
Are you syncing with 1Password on your Mac or PC? It could make creating a working Login item easier if you are able to create it on the desktop and then sync it over. If not, no worries. We'll get it sorted. :)
Cheers!

Thanks so much for your reply, actually I am new to 1password and I like it. I only use 1password on my iPhone 6 plus. I created about 15 log ins in the 1password. This is the way I create log ins and use 1password for the website : create the name and password and copy the log in page URL to the 1password , and save. when I need to go the the website (let's say chase), I log in to 1password, under log in category , find chase icon, and tap the saved URL , and 1password take me to chase log in page , fill out name and password and log in for me , takes about 1 second. The same way I log in to other website , it works fine, except citi and Bank of America. For citi website, I figured out how to use 1password extension, open log in page on safari, and use 1password to fill out the password (user name already saved by safari from previous log in), and tap log on, this way not as easy as chase , at least I don't have to enter password manually. The worst thing is , even this way doesn't work on the BOA website, I think because there are two log in pages for BOA, I don't know if you guys have any solutions for it? Thank you so much

Thanks for writing back, @wolfwin! I'm glad that filling in Safari using the 1Password extension is working well. For Bank of America, I you could have your username saved there as well once you log in for the first time. That is what I do myself for my BofA account. Then you only need to use 1Password to fill the password (or "passcode" as they call it).
Does that help with BofA?

Thank you so much Khad . It just not working, it doesn't fill the password on BofA log in page. I guess I'll just use BofA mobile app to log in instead of 1password, thank you again

Thanks. since I have all other website's password saved on 1password, I do want to save BofA in 1password too, but it just won't work for me, thank you very much if you have some solutions

@wolfwin I have a BofA login and here is my recipe for success with it.
- Don't auto-save or manual save from the extension. We're going to use the app for this.
- Open 1Password.
- Add a new Login item from the
+
button. - Enter your username and password in their respective fields.
- In the
website
field, enter https://www.bankofamerica.com/ - In the
website 2
field, enter https://secure.bankofamerica.com/login/sign-in/signOn.go - Save the Login.
Now when you go to the site, you can use ⌘\ to fill the username, and you may need to click the
Sign In
button. Then on the password page, use ⌘\ again, and the password will fill. That should get things going with BofA & 1Password.

Hi @wolfwin,
Chris's steps are actually for the Mac version of 1Password. Sorry for any confusion about that! The steps in the iOS version should be very similar, but instead of seeing a
website 2
field, you'll need to tap the option for Add another website. Please give that a shot and let us know how it goes, thanks!

@wolfwin Ah, it looks like you do not have the Pro features, which include the ability to make multiple website fields and custom fields, among other features.
If you want the Pro features you can get them in Settings > Pro features. I believe they are even on sale at the moment for $7.99, normally $9.99.

@chrisdj , I can only save one URL in 1password, so I save the second one you show me,(https://secure.bankofamerica.com/login/sign-in/signOn.go). in the steps , I have no problem for the username page , because it's saved already, I tap sign in and go to the password page , and then use the extension , but it just won't fill.
It fills in the username page if I clear the saved name and use this URL(https://www.bankofamerica.com/). That means I only have problem with the password page0 -
It's very weird, in the password page, when I use the extention, this page shows up in 1password
The first one is mine, it doesn't fill up every time I select it. I don't know anything about the second one , but if I select it, it fills out the password field, but that's not my password for this website, any idea about that ?0 -
@wolfwin The second Login, WendyAppleseed, is from the Demo vault. It is fake and just there as an example.
There's two options to solve this for you:
- Buy the Pro features in
Settings > Pro features
and you'll be able to add the second field. - Wait until our next update, which has a great new feature that will address this specifically.
In this current release, though, only the multiple fields allowed under the Pro features are going to help.

@chrisdj , believe or not, I change the password of wendyappleseed to my own BofA password ,when I am in the passcode page , use the extension , I tap wendyappleseed instead of my own username and it fills out the passcode field, even it doesn't sign me in (I still have to tap sign in button), but at lease I don't have to type the password manually. I tried copy the URL from Wendyappleseed to my own, and it didn't work, it looks like I have to store my password under wendyappleseed to make it work. Anyway, after all the frustrations , this is a big surprise for me. and thank you for your help
