Use the latest version 1password 5 and OS X Yosemite.

In the setting of a iCloud OS is on.

There are files sync with iOS

But there is no item "synchronize with iCloud"

    Your copy of 1P5 was bought direct from AgileBits and not from the Mac App Store. The AgileBits store version does not support the latest version of iCloud sync. Read about that here in the iCloud FAQ.
