Need help syncing
Hi, I have a question and cannot find any sort of support email address – sorry
I downloaded the free one password on my iPhone and started using it briefly but forgot the master password :-( I then downloaded and paid for the Mac air version and began to use it and I do remember my master password for it, however when I try to sync the Mac 1password with my iPhone 1password it keeps requiring the old master password that I can't remember – I even tried deleting 1password off my iPhone and re-downloading it and start it up with the master password that I do remember from my recently downloaded Mac version and it still keeps reverting back to the old version – is there anyway I can sync my iPhone with my new purchased 1password back version? Thanks
PS – I also tried to simply create a new vault and the 1password on my iPhone still continue only wants the old password from the first download
Also – is there any support with the paid version? Any phone number or tech email address or anything like that?

To reset 1Password on your iPhone, please make sure you're following the steps here: Starting over
When you delete & reinstall 1Password on your iPhone, it should allow you to start over as if you're a new user, with the ability to create a new master password. Can you please describe exactly what happens when you do that? You said it reverts back to the old master password - when exactly does that happen? And how do you know it's asking for the old master password, is it because of the hint?
