Since we released 1Password 5 for iOS as an upgrade to 1Password 4 for iOS and not as a separate app, 1Password 4 for iOS is no longer available as a new purchase in the App Store. However, there is still a way you can get 1Password 4 for iOS on your device, it just takes a few more steps.
Basically you'll need to use iTunes on Mac or Windows to download 1Password 5 for iOS, then go to App Store > Updates > Purchased on your iPhone and find 1Password 5 in the list. When you try to download it from there, it should give you the option to download version 4. For more information and a list of specific steps, please see this thread.

You are right Drew AG my message did get cut off........ I'm sync'ed up & happy. Am I correct that when I do upgrade to IOS 8 I will then be able to upgrade to the 1Password 5 that I purchased today? I've been a 1Password user for many years and always recommend the apps as the absolute BEST solution to password & other sensitive data management for Mac & IOS devices. Keep up the good work.

Yes, once you update your device to iOS 8, you'll be able to install the 1Password 5 update from the App Store. 1Password 5 for iOS is a free download, and offers free basic features. If you would like to unlock the Pro Features in 1Password 5 for iOS, you can do so with an in-app purchase. If you have any questions, just let us know! :)

I continue on this thread, because I have the same problem, but I can't download or try to download 1password 5/4 on an iphone 4 running 7.1.2.
Is there another solution?

1Password 5 requires iOS 8, so you won't be able to download it on iOS 7. But there is a workaround you can use to get version 4. You can find instructions for that workaround in this thread.

Hello Drew, I followed the thread you given and this does'nt work for me. But I assume maybe I do something wrong. I try passing directly (not from my purchases) the App Store and it's work now. Thanks for your response.
