At least one link from FAQ not working
When I went to FAQ and tried link in paragraph at bottom of this post (link area is surrounded by asterisks), the page would never load. Try it.
Also, the entire upgrade process is not clear cut or well explained. After updating my license in the desktop app, it never seemed to transfer to Safari extension. Your help info never addresses getting new license into browser extensions.
I closed Safari, rebooted computer, reopened Safari, nada. FINALLY, when attempting to sign on to this forum, I got a message when I tried to view my password using edit while in Safari mode, a pop up appeared which allowed me to enter the new license.
I admit to making user errors but I'm far from a complete computer dummy. You really need to pay a couple of people to go through this upgrade process and clean it up.
From your FAQ:
Are you upgrading from 1Password 3?
1Password 5 is a free upgrade for anyone who purchased 1Password 4 for Mac. If you own a license for 1Password 3, you can enter your license key on our AgileBits store upgrade page to see the options available to you.

Hi @booker32 Broken links are never good so thank you for reporting that.
I'm a little confused as to the first part of your post though. 1Password and 1Password mini are both part of the same application package so if you've successfully applied the licence in the 'main' app you're done. The extension in your browser also doesn't require licensing because without 1Password mini it's useless. So I'm genuinely unsure what you've observed or done. Could you elaborate a little please and sorry about that.

- I gave you an exact quote from your FAQ page. I tried to BOLD the link part of the quote -clicking BOLD button put two asterisks on either side of link part but now I see it is indeed bolded.
- I suggested you go there and try it because when I click on the link the page would not load. I held cursor over link, noted what it said, typed it in manually and had success.
I now see that even though I went through process of upgrading, including giving you $25 I still have version 3.8 of Password. I've wasted an hour or more just trying to upgrade and use on Yosemite. I"m not stupid or a tech neophyte - I used to create applications - for 1000 people. They were extremely pleased with result.
I see an awful lot of other confused people. You've got so many posts it's hard to navigate through and find replies. You really need to clean this up. For instance, you tell me HOW to switch to MAC App Store version. You don't give even a hint as to WHY I would do this.

The errors in the URLs (wwww instead of www) has been reported, I did so before my first post.
My confusion is with:
After updating my license in the desktop app, it never seemed to transfer to Safari extension. Your help info never addresses getting new license into browser extensions.
The browser extension doesn't require a licence, only the main application. Once successfully applied within the main application 1Password mini would be aware of it immediately as they are both part of the same package.
We can offer assistance but to do so we will need a detailed description of what you've tried to do and what has happened as a result. As somebody that has created applications I'm sure you can understand why detailed reports are essential.
