Do you happen to have the zoom mode set to Zoomed on your iPhone? If so, this is a known issue our developers are working on, and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. In that case, as a workaround, open the Settings app and go to Display & Brightness > Display Zoom, and change it back to standard. Once you do that, 1Password should work correctly.
