How do I get a user name (as distinct from my email address)?

I can log in to 1PASSWORD ok, but I need a user name instead of using my email address to post on the discussion forums.
Can anyone explain how I can update my profile in order to give myself or to revise a user name?
Do I need a new account or what?

    Hi there,

    I've replied to you via private message - we (forum administrators) can change your forum username for you. Just reply to my message and let me know which name you'd like!
