License expired
Hi, sorry for my english.... :wink:
I buyed 1Pass 4 from the App Store, now upgraded for free for 1Pass 5 (5.0.2).
Now, I see "license expired"!!!!!
I have no license number! I've no license file!
Help me please.

Please read this sticky at the top of the forum and see if it helps. The Mac App Store version of 1P5 does not require a licence. Have you rebooted your machine since installing 1P5? If not, please try that.
Do you have any other copy of 1P on your machine or on any disk attached to it?

Hi, there is no 1Password app in the Purchases Tab of my App Store (Yosemite 10.10.1).

First of all, please ensure that you are signed into the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID that you purchased 1Password with.
If you're still not seeing it, the purchase may be hidden. Instructions for viewing and unhiding hidden purchase can be found here: http://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT4928
If you're still not able to find 1Password on the Purchased list, you may need to contact iTunes support for assistance: https://www.apple.com/ca/support/itunes/contact/
