how can I group items that are already entered in a vault.

Hi there! Items can be organised into folders on iOS.

Creating a folder

1. Firstly, press the organise tab at the bottom of 1Password for iOS - https://cdn.manula.com/98/1630_v5-organize-tab-circled.png

2. Tap Edit in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Tap New Folder.

5. Tap done when you're satisfied

Adding items

1. Tap the Categories tab, then search for the item.

2. Tap Move to Folder at the bottom of the item’s details (you might need to scroll). - https://cdn.manula.com/43/1630_v5-move-to-folder.png

3. Tap the folder you’d like add the item to.
