Send support+license@agilebits.com an email include the old email, new email. Some sort of documentation that you purchased it previously. Usually an old email or credit card receipt etc
You will get a reply from the automated system. It will include a case number.
Post that case number back here.

I hope you understand, we need to verify that you are who you say you are given the old email account is out of action.
