Unable to retrieve license

Hi, I cannot retrieve my license as the original email account has been deleted over a year ago. I now have a new email. I am unable to edit my passwords etc.

please advise on what to do

    Send support+license@agilebits.com an email include the old email, new email. Some sort of documentation that you purchased it previously. Usually an old email or credit card receipt etc

    You will get a reply from the automated system. It will include a case number.

    • Post that case number back here.

      1. One of the admins will help you as soon as they notice the topic.

    Let us know once you've emailed us. When you do, please include as much information as possible regarding your original purchase to help us confirm you are the legitimate buyer of the licence. I hope you understand, we need to verify that you are who you say you are given the old email account is out of action.
