Websites disappearing then reappearing doubled.

I have multiple vaults, as well as one large vault with 400+ entries. One day I noticed that all of the websites that I had put in the entries had disappeared. Today, when I opened my vault they were all back, except instead of having one website, each login had the website, plus the website again, listed as website 2. What could cause this?

You need to tell us more before we can help. What version of 1P are you using? Do you sync to an iOS device and if so what version of 1P is on that device and what sync method do you use? What OS X version do you use?

    Hi @liam1‌

We do have a couple of bugs that we're working on eliminating that could be the cause of this. The bugs are connected to syncing though so could that apply to you? I don't have an ETA at the moment but I know we are aware of this annoying bug.

I'm using version 5.0.2 on my mac, which is synced to my iPhone 6, with version 5.1.2 Synced using dropbox, and I use OS X Yosemite version 10.10.1

    Hi @liam1‌

Knowing our developers they'll want to see if the Diagnostic Reports shed any light as to why this has happened so can you do the following for me please.

I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.

    —Mac—
    https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#mac4

    —iOS—
    https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#ios4

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Once you've sent the Report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

After that we'll need to consider undoing the damage. I think the easiest first attempt is if you try the following. In 1Password use the Help > Tools > Optimize Database feature which will backup your vaults before proceeding and I'm being told, remove most if not all the duplicate website fields as they're redundant.
