Install 1Password on 2 or 3 Macs (Mavericks, bought via MacAppStore)
Hello,
I have just bought 1Password via the MacAppStore and installed it on my Mac running 10.9.5 Mavericks. I also bought the professional version of the iOS 8 version of 1Password. Your software is really cool and I really like it. It will save a lot of time ;-)
Now I wanted to install 1Password on my second mac running in my network via the MAS, but the MAS says that 1Password already is installed yet. As this is not correct (because I DID NOT install it on my 2nd mac), I'm adressing you ...
How do I solve this problem? Which is the best way to get it installed on my 2nd mac?
Thanks for your help in advance!!!
Michael

Hi @exipexi
If you open the App Store application and switch to the Purchases tab, what button do you see opposite 1Password? If it is on your machine it should say OPEN otherwise it should say DOWNLOAD or INSTALL.
If it says OPEN what happens if you click the button?

Hey Michael @exipexi
Check the applications folder for a previous copy maybe a trial ? Do you have one in the downloads folder ? Again maybe a trial ?
Do you have a backup drive connected at the time ? If so that backup drive even if partitioned for separate Macs can also be read by the Mac App Store ?
