Is 1Password 4 Still Available?

I'm currently using 1PW 3.8.2. I don't want to update to Yosemite, so is it possible to still purchase version 4? I also use an older version of iOS, so I'd like version 4 of 1PW to sync my files.

If you purchase a license for 1Password 5 from the AgileBits web store, the license file you receive is backward compatible with version 4. And, you'll be all set to move to version 5 when (if) you do update OS X to Yosemite.

Remember that if iCloud syncing is important to you, only the version purchased from the Mac App Store will do that. I'm not sure if you can still purchase version 4 from Apple if you haven't already done so. Version 5 does, as you note, require Yosemite, regardless of where you buy.

Pardon my ignorance, but does that mean the license file for 1Password 5 is compatible with 1Password 4? Not sure if that was a typo or type of phrase I've never heard before. :)
