Lost all info

I recently update my phone and when I backup up my new iphone the 1password app downloaded, I said to sync over icloud as I had set it up that way, it said it was merging accounts, but then there's nothing there. All my info is gone. It remembered my log-in and password so why are all my items gone?

    I'm sorry to hear your 1Password data didn't seem to re-sync from iCloud! Can you please give us some more details about what happened? For example:

    • Were you updating your iPhone from iOS 7 to iOS 8?
    • Did you need to erase your iPhone and restore it from a backup?
    • Did you restore your iPhone from an iCloud backup or iTunes backup?
    • What version of 1Password are you using?
    • Do you use 1Password on any other devices or computers?
    • If so, do you have your 1Password data on the other devices/computers?
    • Did you ever use a different sync option in 1Password, such as Dropbox? Or had you only used iCloud sync?

    The more information you can give us about your setup and exactly what you did leading up to the problem, the better we'll be able to help. Thanks!
