I am trying to upgrade from a trial and receive the error code listed in the title when I attempt to connect with Google play . Can anyone help me get through this ?

Could you please provide a little more detail about the steps you are following when trying to upgrade?
Also, what is your Android's make and model, and what version of 1Password and OS are you using?
