Please Help - I have 1Password on my iPhone and my Mac. They will not sync. Any ideas how to fix this?

    In order to help you we need more information. Please tell us:

    1. What versions of 1Password you have on both your Mac and on your phone.
    2. What are your OS X and iOS versions.
    3. How you are trying to sync (iCloud, Dropbox or wifi).

    Sorry to hear that sync's not working for you. We can surely give you a hand with this and I'm confident that we'll be able to get you up and syncing. As a first step we'll need the information that @Stephen_C‌ requested. What I'd also like is a description of the problem you're seeing. Are you getting any error messages? If so, can we get the exact messages? Has it ever worked? If so, when did the problems arise?
