Can you please be more specific? Which account are referring to? Is it the email address associated with your 1Password license or an internet account in general?

If you meant changing the email address associated with an account such as Apple or Amazon, you need to change the email address on their website once you are logged in to that account. Generally, you'll find a profile, user or account section which allows you to change the password and associated email address. In most cases you'll be sent an email to the new email address to validate it.

During this process the 1Password auto save window may prompt you to update the matching login (see the screenshot bellow). Please make sure that you select the right 1Password Login if you have more than one. If the auto save window does not appear (it depends on the website), you'll need to manually change the email address in 1Password.
