Wrongful Trial Expired

Hi,
I got a wrongful trial expired for 1Password 5 on my mac. I tried entering all my emails and none of them were recognized on your database. Where can I direct an email to rectify this?

    Did anyone ever address this for you? Same problem for me. I paid for 1Password in the spring, had it on my phone and MacBook. Then in Sept had to get a new MacBook and now getting the licensing/trial error ... won't recognize my email address. Help.
