Finding license

I emailed to find my license and get a message telling me it's the wrong email. This is the email I always use. I tried every email I have ever use and none work. I am a long tome user. I also tried going to help-log in to customer service but not seeing that option under help. What do I do.

    Is it possible that you didn't buy the license directly from us, but from the Mac App Store instead? If you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store, we do not have record of it, and you do not require an AgileBits license. Apps from the Mac App Store are tied to your Apple ID.

    If you did purchase 1Password from the Mac App Store, you can download it like this:

    • First, please ensure that you are signed into the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID that you purchased 1Password with.
    • Open the Mac App Store, then go to the Purchases tab.
    • Find 1Password on that list and click "Install".
