Can't access old email to retrieve license for 1Password, very frustrated by lack of ways to contact

How can I update my email. on your site, it states click "this link" I do so and it turns into a circular HELL! I'm frustrated and simply want to install 1Password on my new MBP that I am migrating to.

    I suggest just a little patience is called for. I am reading the forum regularly at the moment and replying to all questions which I can answer. However, I do not have access to AgileBits' records so can't check those for you. You have posted three times within 40 minutes which seems to me to be demanding a level of response on a public forum that is a little unreasonable. :)

    Please be patient and someone will come along who is able to assist. I'm afraid people usually work through unanswered messages from oldest to newest so re-posting is a little counter-productive.

    right-o sorry. I just saw that others had been answered after mine and I'm frustrated that there is no seeming way to contact agile bits for support except this forum. This amplifies and escalates the tension. I'm sure you can understand.

    I feel it is a little unreasonable to only offer support through a forum, but hey.

    Thanks for the comment. If a simple, "we are looking into it" acknowledgement had been posted initially, then I wouldn't feel these comments were just going out into the ether somewhere..... It was a cry for help in the darkness. A yearning for acknowledgement. A request to be heard. A whimper of sadness in a cold cruel world of non-emotive text based communication despite cute little emoji thingys.

    I suggest that if Agilebits is using these for support, then perhaps they need to make the records available.
