New macbook pro

Hi- I have the 1password4 and windows bundle and am running it on an older macbook pro running mavericks. I recently purchased a new macbook pro that is running yosemite. Do I need to upgrade to 1password5 or can I run 1password4 in yosemite?

    1Password 4 will work in Yosemite, however 1Password 5 is a free upgrade from 1Password 4. So the upgrade is entirely up to you.

    1Password 5 uses the same license file that 1Password 4 used. If you happen to upgrade then you may run into an issue where 1Password 5 says its in trial mode. If that happens please just reapply your license to the license window.
