Hey, after upgrading my 1password step-wise (im somewhere at Version 4) i could not fill any more logins and the 1password app constantly asks me to restart and if this wont fix the problem, contact agile support.

I need help urgently, since i cannot access most of my cryptical generated passwords :(
I have a valid family license.

    I have to say the way the "support system" works is very confusing. The app tells me to contact support. For this i have to register in the forums and my posting already needs to be approved in the first place to even appear in the discussions?

    I have bought a family license with this app. You should seriously overthink the process in sight towards customer satisfaction.

    Have you tried 1P > Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password mini? If that doesn't help please try re-booting.

    It does not offer me to do that since the App literally does not react until it throws the error.

    Hello Agilebits, im sorry to re-post, but i am unable to use any of my logins at this time, which is interrupting workflow greatly.
    I require a solution to this problem.

    OK, please try this:

    1. drag the app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which will try to delete files you need to keep);
    2. empty the trash and re-boot;
    3. re-download and re-install 1P.
