Mac and Windows License Upgrade

Hi Agile
Long time user of your product and last October I purchased the Mac and Windows License Upgrade Bundle. My 1password 5 is giving the trail has expired noticed. When putting in my license to upgrade to the 1password 5 Mac&Windows bundle my only upgrade path given to me in the Agilebits store is to purchase KNOX. All other options are greyed out. Help would be appreciated

    Hi @sgtm‌

    The reason for this is that you already have a license for the latest version of 1Password; it is not necessary to upgrade. I've resent your license information (link to your license file) so that you can add it to 1Password 5.
