1Password fails to sync with iCloud on any device
No clients can sync with iCloud properly. All are upgraded to latest versions. I have tried removing and adding sync'ing multiple times with no success.

I removed sync and deleted iCloud on all 3 devices. Then tried enabling icloud sync again from Mac and it's sat on "Syncing..." for hours. I basically can't use this product anymore - how can I fix/recover this?

Hi @redgc,
Thanks for taking the time to write to us
iCloud sync changed significantly in iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite. Your current setup (1Password 5 for iOS with 1Password 4 for Mac) does not allow iCloud sync. You need to upgrade to 1Password 5 for Mac from the Mac App Store in order for iCloud sync to work.
For more information, please make sure that read our blog post about iCloud changes in 1Password 5.
Hope that this helps.
Cheers!

I am running iPassword 5.0.2. What made you think otherwise?

I mean iPassword 5.0.2 for Mac. As I said in my post, "All are upgraded to latest versions" as far as I'm aware.

Hi @redgc,
Sorry for any confusion about that! Do you have all your up to date 1Password data on your Mac? If so, you can follow these steps to reset iCloud sync:
On both iOS devices:
- Open 1Password and go to Sync > Sync Service > Disable Sync (confirm you want to disable it).
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Erase iCloud Data (confirm you want to Reset iCloud Data).
On your Mac:
- Open 1Password and go to Help > Troubleshooting > Reset iCloud Data.
- Click the button for Yes, Remove Remote Data.
- You should see a message that confirms the data was reset and sync was disabled (click OK).
- Restart your Mac.
- After the restart, open 1Password and go to 1Password > Preferences > Sync.
- Set up iCloud sync again, and allow the sync to complete.
On both iOS devices:
- Open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Start Syncing > Sync with iCloud.
- Follow any additional steps to complete the setup, then allow the sync to complete.
The first sync will take a little extra time on each device, so please make sure the first sync on your Mac completes before trying it on the iOS devices. Please let us know if that helps, thanks! :)
