    Hi there, I bought the upgrade for the Mac and Windows and installed the Mac and windows versions on each computer. I have 2 problems.
    1. The Mac version says my trial period has ended although it is the new (paid for) 1Password 5.
    2. I haven't used it in Windows so far. In Windows I open 1Password 4 and see the logins but when I click on one it opens another box with the url and password but not the site. I can't figure out how to make it connect to the site. I looked at the user guide but didn't find instructions past installation.

    I had trouble finding a place to post a comment. Then when I logged back into my account I couldn't find my comment. I saw a message box and clicked on it and got a message from the bot saying this would not get help for me. I am posting here in hopes I can find your response. It's hard to get around in this system so if you think it's idiot-proof you've got a ways to go.

    Feeling pretty idiotic.

    I moved your message to this new discussion since it's a bit different than the other one.

    If you bought a license for 1Password 5 for Mac, then it sounds like you simply need to add your license file to activate it. We have more information in this thread from the top of the Mac forums page.

    As for your question about the Windows version, I see you asked about that in this thread on the Windows forums and received an answer. If you need more help with that, you can reply to that discussion to help avoid confusion.
