1password for Mac showing as expired
Hello,
My 1password is showing as expired but the support site does not recognise my email address as having a license attached.
I want to be able to upgrade to 1password 5 but cannot. My original purchase was for "1Password 4 for Mac, Single User License
$24.99 USD" on 16 Jun 2014 18:05:13 AEST
Could you please let me know what I need to do to be able to upgrade to 1password 5 as I really need to be able to start syncing between my iPad, iPhone and Mac again.

I assume you have read the sticky at the top of the forum. I also assume you bought 1P4 direct from the AgileBits store: is that correct?

Yes I have read that post. Unfortunately I never received a license and the support page does not recognise my email address that I used for the purchase. The receipt that I have is from Paypal to Agilebits so I assume it was directly from the Website.

Go to 1P > About 1Password and let us know exactly what it says there (excluding the credits, of course). It certainly sounds as though you bought from AgileBits but that should confirm it, I hope.

On the 1st of December I emailed in and didn't get a reply [#QIK-18438-552] but that was just to support@agilebits.com
