cannot sync iphone 6 with windows

Just uploaded the app again and cannot sync with existing vault. My home internet and my phone are on the same wifi. I select sync with wifi on my iphone 6+ then I get a window with refresh list ... Please help.

    Is this what you're seeing at the moment? (see below)

    If it is, it means that for whatever reason your iPhone can't see 1Password for Windows. Here's a link to our Syncing over Wi-Fi guide for Windows. Can you confirm you are following this step for step please.

    If that doesn't work, can you try again after rebooting both your iPhone and the Windows machine.

    Please let us know the outcome of all of that. If needed we will continue the troubleshooting process.
