I am assuming you are using 1P4 or 1P5. There are two things you might try:
- go to 1P > Help > Troubleshooting and select Restart 1Password mini; or
- reboot your machine and see if that makes a difference.
If that doesn't work please post the full error message. It looks as if you may have abbreviated it.
