Screen re-draw glitches

I love that 1Password 5.0.2 now doesn't lose my place in the file when I click Edit!
But there's a new issue: as I scroll through a Note in edit mode, big blocks of the contents fail to draw on the screen. The block boundaries may well be in the middle of a line, so it's some problem with the lower levels of the interface. Multiple gaps often appear. If I click Save, the window is redrawn without the gaps, and often that's the only way I can get the contents back so I can continue editing.
I'm using OS X 10.10.1
