Where is this license that I purchased so that I won't see the trial expired notice?

Hi,

I am not great with computers so please bear with me. I'm running 1Password v5.0.2. I purchased 1Password from the Mac store and I'm using the AgileBits web store version. I purchased the app on 9/1/14 (v4.5.3) but just recently started receiving a notice that the trial has expired. I restarted the app but that didn't fix the problem. When I downloaded Yosemite on my Mac a couple of months ago I noticed that my 1Password account was not working (couldn't sync at all for a few days) and in an attempt to fix the problem I remember deleting what I thought at the time was an unimportant file. Could I have accidentally deleted the license at that time? I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Letty,

We have posted an announcement with details here:

Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac?

    I purchased the app on 9/1/14 (v4.5.3)

That sounds like the iOS app (there is no v4.5.3 for Mac).

I purchased 1Password from the Mac store

If you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store, it does not require an AgileBits license. Apps from the Mac App Store are tied to your Apple ID.

To re-download 1Password from the Mac App Store:

    • Please ensure that you are signed into the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID that you purchased 1Password with.
    • Open the Mac App Store, then go to the Purchases tab.
    • Find 1Password on that list and tap "Install". It won't require a license from us.

If you still have any questions, please let us know. :)
