1Password anywhere & Masterpassword

****If I create a secure master password (according to 1password typing) with say 24 signs I can´t use that Master Password with 1password anywhere because it allows only to type in 17 signs maximus

Is this a joke?

    Hi,
    for Heinz : I've got quite the same trouble...
    but I am sure that it is not due to the lenght of the MasterPW because dots "seems" only to be blocked after 17 signs but you can go on entering signs even if you can't see the new dots creating or moving...

    for support : my 1PW for Mac is perfectly running since 2 months now on my personnal Mac Laptop. Thanks again :)!
    I wanted to extend it with 1PWAnywhere to my professionnal Windows laptop via Dropbox.
    I followed the right procedures on Mac & Dropbox, and after Dropbox & Windows untill the final step to get "1password.html" to open 1PWAnywhere login screen. Perfect !
    But when signing with my Master Password, the system don't recognize it ?
    of course, I've checked all the signs of my original MasterPassword, and did the same with my Windows keyboard to be sure that I didn't faced any mistake...
    what are others reasons for "incorrect password" ?

    Thanks a lot ... indeed ... it works ... but you need to really pay a lot more attention not to write the wrong signs
