Please tell us:
- the version number of 1P you are using on your Mac and on your iOS device;
- your OS X and iOS version numbers;
- whether you bought 1P from the Mac App Store or direct from the AgileBits store.

Hi @Pouyan,
In addition to the information Stephen_C asked you for, it might also help if you could elaborate on what you mean by "it doesn't recognize iCloud." The more details you can give us about the steps you're taking and what you see / what happens, the better. Thanks! :)

Hi,
I'm using the latest versions of 1P for Mac and iOS. I'm currently on OS X 10.10.1
And I've bought 1P for Mac from Mac App StoreI get the error saying that iCloud is not enabled on this Mac.
Thank you for your support0 -
Does this knowledge base article help (it tells you what to do if you receive a message that "iCloud is not available"—which sounds similar to, if not exactly the same as, the message to which you refer).

Hi @Pouyan
In some instances like this I believe logging out of iCloud, rebooting just for good measure and logging back into iCloud can help. It's not a definite solution, merely it might help purge the error.
Of course I'm assuming that not only is iCloud Drive enabled but 1Password mini is authorised to store documents and data (viewable in the Options... button opposite where it says iCloud Drive in System Preferences > iCloud.
