Tried to update, provided key, said I was eligible but select button disabled

I am currently on version 3 of 1Password for OS X and have a license for the OS X/Windows bundle. I tried to upgrade, via the website, I provided my key and it said I was eligible but the select button to go ahead with the upgrade was disabled. How do I go about getting the upgrade price?

    Hi @snowcake,

    If you are trying to upgrade a version 4 license, the select button is disabled since there's no upgrade available for you. That's the most likely cause here, though I can't say for certain.
