How to turn on auto-save feature?

My 1P program no longer offers to save new passwords the first time I log into websites. How can I turn that feature back on?

    On the assumption you're using either 1P4 or 1P5 the first thing to look at is 1P > Preferences > Browser and ensure Automatically ask to save new Logins is checked.
