Dear Forum,

Unfortunately I can't save an email, attachment or document by dragging it into the box at the bottom. Can you please help me? Many thanks.

Kind regards,

Hergesheimer

Ordinary attachments should be added in the way you describe. Under OS X Yosemite there is a problem with Apple mail attachments. The work around is to drag those attachments first to the desktop and then into 1P. You should not be having any problem adding attachments other than those, though.

I went to update all my data after getting an iPhone 6+. I discovered the problem with attachments. They would be described in iOS but not displayed-except memberships. Although a little clunky, I simply make each attachment a membership and then refer it in the notes of the category that won't display the attachment. hopes this helps.

    Hi @wlhuber‌

The original issue was related to the fact that on Mavericks you used to be able to drag emails directly from Apple's Mail application to 1Password. Sadly this is currently broken in Yosemite.

If you're have another issue we can look into that.
