Syncing iOS v5.1.2 with OS X v4.4.2 via iCloud not working?

Hi, I'm using the iCloud sync option - not getting any errors, but passwords updated in OS X are not updating in the iPhone app (it's been 24+ hours). I go into both apps and 'sync' - again, no errors, everything seems ok except the passwords on the iPhone are not updating.
